Booking

A card on file will be required to book all appointments.

All bookings will be made after consultation.

Saturday appointments are available upon request.

Cancellation

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of set date will be charged 50% of scheduled service.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of set date or "no shows" will be charged 100% of scheduled service.

If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service or be offered a different service upon stylist discretion.

In the event of an unavoidable emergency, your cancellation fee may be applied to a future appointment within 30 days.
